Assignments have included national skills and workforce reform, AI and technology governance, energy transition priorities, leadership succession and enterprise operating model alignment.
Her work has supported institutions overseeing workforces in excess of 500,000 employees and national-scale delivery agendas.
Dr Kate Barker holds a PhD in Leadership in the Age of AI, a Master’s in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Business.
