Dr Kate Barker advises boards, governments, global investors and senior executives navigating complex transformation, where decisions carry long-term institutional, economic and societal consequences.

Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, governance, workforce transformation and emerging technology, supporting organisations through moments of strategic inflection, heightened scrutiny and large-scale change.

Advisory engagements have been delivered across the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America, including sovereign entities and major enterprises responsible for complex systems and large workforces.

Assignments have included national skills and workforce reform, AI and technology governance, energy transition priorities, leadership succession and enterprise operating model alignment.

Her work has supported institutions overseeing workforces in excess of 500,000 employees and national-scale delivery agendas.

Dr Kate Barker holds a PhD in Leadership in the Age of AI, a Master’s in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Business.
